This will be about creating AWS accounts with the ability to create high-end dedicated servers.

Now, let's get to the steps:

Go to Google and search for "aws" and click on this link.
Spend about 5 minutes scrolling through the website and look at the pricing at the bottom of the page but do not click on any links. Stay on the page.
Scroll down just below the pricing and click on "Get started" (specifically this one, not any other).
Register for an account.
In the "where will you use AWS" field, specify "business," for example, "pharmacy24."
Link your credit card (you'll need $1 or a bit more).
Confirm your registration.
Once you have clicked the link in the email you received (to confirm registration), go to the main page and click on the region near your account name at the top right and select any state from the USA click .
(You might get redirected to a page saying your account isn't confirmed; you'll need to wait 10-20 minutes)
Now, go to the "Limits" tab on the left column and in the filter, choose "all limits," and select "running instances." You will see that you cannot create a decent dedicated server at the moment.
Go to the "Instances" tab on the left column again and click "Launch Instances."
Choose the OS "Windows Server 2019 Base with Containers."
When selecting the instance type, scroll down, find the "c5" server with specs 48, 96, and click on it. Then click "Review and Launch" and "Launch" again.
Here's an error, DON'T WORRY! Just wait for up to 4 hours for access to these specs (you'll receive an additional email).
If used without abuse, the dedicated server will work for 14 to 30 days.
