Let's get started:

  • Download AdGuard for Android. In the main application menu, go to Settings -> DNS filtering.
  • Choose the DNS server option; in the list of providers, you will see AdGuard DNS and AdGuard DNS Family.
  • Select one of them and click on Use this server.

In other cases:
On the main screen of your Android device, tap Settings.
Select Wi-Fi. This will bring up a screen with a list of available networks (DNS settings are unavailable for mobile networks).
Long-press on your current network to bring up a menu, then tap Modify network.
On some devices, you may need to tap Advanced settings. To be able to change DNS settings on Android, you'll need to switch your IP settings from DHCP to Static.
Change the DNS 1 and DNS 2 values to the following:

IPv4
94.140.14.14
94.140.15.15

IPv6
2a10:50c0::ad1:ff
2a10:50c0::ad2:ff

In case it doesn't work:

Open the settings on your smartphone.
2. Go to "Network and Internet."
3. Find the "Private DNS" option, and change the last entry to dns.adguard.com.
