To avoid entering commands to show Wi-Fi passwords, paste the following command into the cmd.exe console running as administrator (this is one line):

For /f "tokens=4*" %a in ('netsh wlan show profiles^|findstr profiles') do @Echo %b & @netsh wlan show profile name="%b" key=clear|findstr "Content" & @Echo -----------------

I tested it on the Russian version of Win 7.
You can save it to a .cmd file, but then you need to double the percent symbols and remember to pause at the end to see the result:

::wifipass.cmd

For /f "tokens=4*" %%a in ('netsh wlan show profiles^|findstr profiles') do @echo %%b & @netsh wlan show profile name="%%b" key=clear|findstr " Content" & @echo -----------------
pause

It must be saved in 866 encoding. Also run as administrator.
