In 2022, a group of North Korean hackers APT stole 1,055 NFTs and earned about 300 ETH ($366,000 at current rates) from their sale.

Employees of the cybersecurity company SlowMist found out that attackers carried out a full-scale phishing attack on users of the Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) blockchains.

They created almost 500 fictitious websites of well-known organizations in order to find out the personal information of token holders and then steal them from their wallets.

Experts have identified a crypto storage facility to which the criminals sent 1,055 NFTs. Transaction analysis showed that the profit from the sale of assets reached 300 ETH.

This money was used to create nuclear weapons and support the DPRK economy, which was shaken due to the sanctions imposed.
